Initiating a lawsuit is very stressful, not for the faint of heart. Dominic Carucci was the very first attorney I consulted given my decision to move forward with the suit, and I did. Pre litigation did not go so well with the disgruntled opposing side, so we decided to move ahead and initiate litigation...There has not been one day since this all started I have felt I was not in capable hands...guided me through the intricate painstaking steps of a lawsuit, calmed me during many storms, and still does as we are winding down yet still have pending issues to be ironed out, but we did win and I was awarded a well deserved settlement...I have worked with them going on 4+ years now (lawsuits take forever!) and plan on keeping their firm on retainer as my Mom said "always have a great attorney"...I have two! I can honestly say I could not have persevered without Dominic!
